5. Sub-Contractor & Vendor Compliance Commitments

All third-party suppliers, logistics providers, and sub-contractors registering through our portal or working on EuniServ project sites must strictly adhere to our operational policies, including:

• Sub-Contractor Compliance Declaration (EUN-SUB-DEC-001): Mandatory execution prior to contract award.
• Environment, Health, Safety & Quality (EHSQ): Strict compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 operational standards, including mandatory Stop-Work Authority (SWA) and Job Safety Analysis (JSA) protocols.
• Anti-Bribery & Governance: Zero tolerance for facilitation payments, bribery, or money laundering under SCUML, EFCC, and CBN regulations.

6. Limitation of Liability & Force Majeure

EuniServ Limited, its directors, officers, or employees shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from website downtime, document download errors, or reliance on information presented on this platform.
