Environment, Health, Safety & Quality (EHSQ)
Safety is How We Protect Our People and Your Business
At EuniServ Limited, safety isn’t something we talk about in boardrooms—it’s how we deliver goods, install high-voltage equipment, and manage job sites every single day.
When you hire us to supply machinery, set up off-grid solar power, haul heavy freight, or assemble modular site housing, you are trusting us with your site’s operational integrity. We earn that trust by making sure every job is done cleanly, correctly, and without taking shortcuts that put people or equipment at risk.
Our Executive Commitment
As a growing company, we build our internal workflows to mirror internationally recognized quality standards…
Target Zero Harm
As a growing, modern enterprise, we protect our people and your job sites by embedding proactive safety discipline into every delivery:
Relentless Hazard Prevention: Active hazard identification and strict pre-dispatch staging to eliminate transit risks, offloading hazards, and site accidents before they happen.
Stop-Work Empowerment: Giving every team member and delivery driver total authority to halt operations immediately if an unsafe condition or unmitigated risk is identified.
Workforce & Site Well-being: Enforcing mandatory protective gear and safe material handling protocols to ensure zero injuries across all logistics corridors.
Environmental Stewardship
As an agile enterprise, we take personal responsibility for protecting the local environment wherever we operate:
Zero-Spill Logistics: Enforcing strict transport precautions and secure load-binding to prevent chemical, fuel, or material spills during freight transit.
Responsible Packaging & Waste: Minimizing single-use plastics and ensuring all site waste, timber, and packaging materials are safely handled and disposed of responsibly.
Sustainable Operations: Prioritizing eco-friendly supply channels and clean practices to keep our ecological footprint minimal as we scale.
Quality Assurance & Specification Matching
As a growing company, we build our internal workflows to mirror internationally recognized quality standards:
Procurement & Technical Accuracy: Guided by ISO 9001:2015 quality management principles, ensuring every electrical fitting, tool set, and machine component matches your bill of quantities exactly.
Healthcare Supply Standards: Sourcing and handling medical consumables and clinical devices under structured ISO 13485:2016 distribution guidelines.
Statutory Compliance: Operating in total alignment with local health, safety, and environmental regulations across all commercial operations.
Regulatory & Statutory Excellence
As a forward-thinking business, we hold ourselves to uncompromising legal, ethical, and industry standards:
Full Statutory Compliance: Aligning all commercial supply workflows strictly with the Nigerian Factories Act and NESREA environmental standards.
Client & Site Alignment: Adhering 100% to our corporate clients’ site-specific HSE guidelines, entry protocols, and safety induction standards.
Continuous System Audits: Regularly evaluating and updating our safety policies to stay at the cutting edge of modern procurement compliance.
Operational Safety & Quality Controls
We keep our safety framework straightforward so our team, drivers, and field technicians can execute it without confusion.
- 01
Pre-Dispatch Inspection (PDI):
All procured items undergo component counting, specification matching, and physical quality verification at our facility prior to dispatch.
- 02
Stop-Work Authority (SWA)
Every EuniServ team member, field technician, and driver has full authority to stop work immediately if they spot an unmitigated hazard, faulty gear, or unsafe site condition. No job is so urgent that it justifies compromising the safety of workers or client property.
- 03
Trained Field Personnel & Proper PPE
Personnel involved in warehouse operations, heavy loading, and site deliveries are mandated to wear task-appropriate PPE, including safety footwear, high-visibility vests, and hand protection.
- 04
Clear Transport & Route Safety
With active fleet management and haulage across regional transit corridors, we enforce driver rest protocols, speed monitoring, and routine vehicle maintenance to protect both our drivers and the cargo we carry. Employee and delivery agent possesses full authority and the obligation to halt delivery or offloading operations immediately if an unmitigated safety hazard or unsafe site condition is identified.
- 05
Clear Site Protocols & Sub-contractor Oversight
When working alongside client teams or managing third-party sub-contractors on active job sites, we establish clear safety boundaries before work begins. We ensure everyone on-site understands technical handoff points, emergency response paths, and active hazardous zones—preventing miscommunication and keeping multi-team environments organized and safe.
Executive Governance
This EHSQ Policy is reviewed annually by Executive Leadership to ensure alignment with modern supply chain standards, regulatory updates, and continuous quality improvement.
